This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17557 of 2022 dated 24.11.2022, passed by this Court to report before the I Additional Special Judge for NDPS Act cases, Chennai, on the first working day of December 2022 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the trial Judge.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is directly approached this Court without approaching the concerned Court.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition before the concerned Court.
