(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The impugned order dated 14.10.2016 is an appealable order. But the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Appellate
Authority, before whom the appeal has to be preferred, has not been specified.
2. The learned Government Pleader states that the Appellate Authority is the District Collector.
3. Be that as it may, the learned Government Pleader states that in so far as the documents available with the respondent in respect of the queries raised by the petitioner are concerned, the same will be supplied within two weeks.
4. The aforesaid statement is taken on record.
