Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to assess, determine and pay the compensation to Petitioner's lands in S.F.No.458/5A bearing Patta No.2930 and 562/6A, in Patta No.3312 of Sigaralahalli Village, Pennagaram Taluk in compliance with undertaking given in the proceedings dated 13.05.2020 and 04.08.2020 made by the Third Respondent in Na.Ka.No.20/2020/A1.

ORDER
The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a Mandamus directing the Respondents to assess, determine and pay compensation to the Petitioner's lands in S.F.No.458/5A bearing Patta No.2930 and 562/6A, in Patta No.3312 of Sigaralahalli Village, Pennagaram Taluk in compliance with the undertaking given in the proceedings dated 13.05.2020 and 04.08.2020 made by the Third Respondent in Na.Ka.No.20/2020/A1.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the claim of the petitioner was considered and compensation of Rs.59,732/- was determined in respect of her land. In support of the said submission, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Pennagaram, in Na.Ka.No.54/2020/m4, dated 13.04.2021, with a copy marked to the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication herein. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, the writ petition stands closed.
