This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further order imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23954 of 2023 dated 22.01.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
