O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the Order in proceedings No.008/2015/POT-II/M&W Act-2007, passed by the

Presiding Officer (Tribunal -II), Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens, Villianur, Puducherry.

2. In the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Madurai Bench of this Court in C.R.P.(PD)(MD)No.437 of 20 15 and M.P.(MD)Nos.1 and 2 of 2015 dated 29.04.2015 in the case of Balamurugam Vs. Rukmani, the relevant portion of the order which reads as under: "The petitioner is given time till 11 May, 2015 to file appeal before the appellate authority under Section 16(1) of the Senior Citizens Act, 2007. The Interim stay granted by this Court would be in operation till such an appeal is filed by the petitioner.

3. In view of the aforesaid order, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
