This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the Order dated 03.04.2018 in I.A.No.3589 of 2017 in O.P.No.2432 of 2015 on the file of V Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. When the matter was listed on 23.04.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 29.04.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 29.04.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
