This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 26.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.2319 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent weekly once i.e., on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
