This petition has been filed seeking extension of time limit to deposit the conditional amount of Rs.2,00,000/- imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29146 of 2023 dated 31.01.2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended till 19.04.2024. No further time will be granted.
