The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner to prosecute the above criminal appeal before this Court against the judgment dated 30.01.2024 made in S.T.C.No.485 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, Nilgiris.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prosecute the appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the criminal appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
