The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that some of the accused are aged ladies and the personal appearance of the petitioner may be dispensed with. In case, an application from the petitioner filed for dispense with the personal appearance, the trial Court shall take note of the application sympathetically and dispense with his appearance, whenever physical appearance is not necessary.
