C.M.P.Nos.10708, 9125, 10703, 9130, 10702, 10709 & 9154 of 2022 in S.A.No.1486 of 1999 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.10708 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 6111 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant in the above Second Appeal.

2. C.M.P.No.9125 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 2636 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third respondent in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.10703 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 3 to 5 herein, as the legal representatives of the deceased second appellant and rank them as appellants 3 to 5 in the above Second Appeal.

4. C.M.P.No.9130 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 10 to 13 herein, as the legal representatives of the deceased third respondent and rank them as respondents 15 to 18 in the above Second Appeal.

5. C.M.P.No.10702 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 3 and 4 and the respondents 10 to 14 herein, as the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant and rank them as appellants 6 & 7 and respondents 10 to 14 in the above Second Appeal.

7. C.M.P.No.9154 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of third respondent in the above Second Appeal.

8. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 9.

9. Mr.J.M.Naveen, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 9 submitted that he has no objection for ordering these petitions.

10. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, in C.M.P.Nos.10708, 9125, 10703, 9130, 10702, 10709 & 9154 of 2022 are ordered.

11. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in S.A.No.1486 of 1999 within a week. After carrying out the amendments, issue notice to the newly impleaded respondents returnable by 28.10.2022. Private notice is also permitted.
