This Petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners 2 to 4 herein in the place of the deceased writ petitioner S.Rajendran and rank them as petitioners 2 to 4 in the above Writ Petition No. 2366 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, WMP.No. 8929 of 2023 is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title.
