ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2021 for issuance of patta and pass suitable orders.

2. According to the petitioners, the petitioners are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

residing in the land belongs to the respondents for more than 50 years and hence, they applied for granting of patta before the third respondent. Since the same has not been considered till date, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, and also the petitioners representation dated 05.03.2021 is pending with the 3rd respondent respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2021 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
