C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed, seeking the relief of condonation of delay, to bring on record the 4th to 6th proposal appellants as LRs of the deceased 1st appellant and rank them as Appellants 4 to 6 in A.S.Nos.84 & 86 of 2023 and to set aside the abatement of the appeals.

2. The respondents have no serious objections in allowing all these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and in order to give an opportunity to the petitioners to argue the case on merits, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
