PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 14.09.2020 of the order dated 01.12.2021 passed in Crl.M.P.No.745 of 2021 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tiruvallur. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the first respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 14.09.2020 of the order dated 01.12.2021 passed in Crl.M.P.No.745 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tiruvallur.

2. When the matter is taken up learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Crime No.253 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 420, 465 and 468 of IPC.

3. In view of the registration of FIR, no further order needs to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
