O R D E R

The writ petition is filed seeking for the relief of Declaration declaring that the deposit of licensed arms possessed by the petitioner in violation of the provisions of the Arms Act and Rules and consequently for a direction to the third respondent to return the weapon namely SBBL A-11581 mark L/M-PRP-39-12 received on 01.10.2016.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the subject matter weapon was already returned to the petitioner after filing the writ petition. Hence, , this Court is not inclined to keep the matter pending any further as the subject matter weapon was already returned to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of without expressing any view on the merits and contentions raised by both parties, however, by leaving the other issue open to be adjudicated upon at the appropriate time in an appropriate case. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
