PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to transfer the investigation pending in Cr.No.214 of 2022 on the file of the 3rd Respondent police and transfer the same to the 4th Respondent Inspector of Police CBCID, Thirupur, Thirupur District file afresh FIR.

ORDER
This petition is filed to transfer the investigation from the local police/3rd respondent to CBCID. The case of Motor Accident was belatedly taken on file in Crime No.214 of 2022 by the respondent police.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submits that the investigation has been completed and final report will be filed within a period of two months.
3. This Court finds no grounds to transfer the investigation to CBCID, hence this petition is dismissed.
