O R D E R
The present revision petition is filed to direct the Subordinate Court, Gudiyatham, Vellore District to expedite the trial proceedings and dispose of the suit in O.S. No.44 of 2011 with a time frame as this Court may deem fit.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed the suit in O.S. No. 44 of 2011 before the Sub Court, Gudiyatham. The aforesaid suit is pending from the year 2011. According to the petitioner, the respondents with an intention to drag on the proceedings, is prolonging the proceedings. The Interlocutory Application filed by the respondents in I.A. NO.108 of 2017, is now pending before the court below. Therefore, this revision is filed before this Court, seeking the aforesaid prayer.
3. Considering the above submission, this Court is inclined to direct the trial court to dispose of the I.A. No.108 of 2017, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the suit is pending from the year 2011, the trial court is directed to
dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, on merits.
4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
