Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PRABAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4324 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 395 r/w 397 of IPC, in Crime No.617 of 2020, while granting bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the trial Court viz., Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri District, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
