This miscellaneous petition is filed to substitute the proposed petitioners namely,

3. D.Rajendran, 4. D.Sivakumar,

5. D.Kumaran, 6. B.Nirmala, 7. V.Geetha,

8. D.Raja, as legal heirs of the deceased, petitioner/P. Deivasigamanai in the above Writ Petition.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition filed in support of the impleading petition and upon hearing both sides, the petition is ordered as prayed for. 31.10.2023 (1/2) klt Note: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title and list the matter after two weeks along with the connected matter W.P.No.11508 of 2021.
