Crl.M.P.No.1731 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.No.23716 of 2014 R.MALA,J., This Court by order dated 02.09.2014, directed the first respondent/second petitioner herein to expedite the investigation in Cr.No.439 of 2013 and complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. But, now the petitioners have come forward this petition to grant another period of eight weeks to complete the investigation and file a final report.

2.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioners.

3.Learned counsel for the respondent has fairly conceded that he has no objection for granting eight weeks time as sought for by the petitioners.
