This case is taken up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. Ms.K.Divya, learned counsel for K.Tirunavukkarasu, learned counsel for the petitioner is present and Mr.S.Syed Nazar, learned counsel for Mr.B.Kumarasamy, learned counsel for the Respondent are present before this Court. TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The learned counsel for the respondent as well as the parties are present.

2.This petition has been filed seeking transfer of the proceedings pending in O.S.No.2 of 2023 before the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai, to be transferred to the file of the Sub-court, Katpadi.

3.The parties represent that they have already resolved their disputes and have agreed to dissolve their marriage before the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai itself. Hence, they jointly prayed for closure of the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

4.The petitioner has also no objection for the dismissal of the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

5.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
