6 PERUMAL 7 SIVAKAMI 8 KALIYAMMAL 9 GANDHI Petitions under Article 227, constitution of India, filed against the Order and Decree dated 6.6.2018 made in I.A.No.546 of 2017 in I.A.NO.357 of 2008 in O.S.No.579 of 2009 by the Court of the District Munsif, Harur, dismissing the petitions filed under Order 1 Rule 10 and Section 151 C.P.C. For impleading as parties in I.A.No.357 of 2008 [ in CRP.PD.No.2095/2018 ] and (ii)To grant an order of stay of all further proceeding sin IA No.357/2008 In OS No.579/2008 on the file of the court of the Dist Munsif Harur (in CMP.12583/2018) pending disposal of the above CRP (PD)NO.2095 OF 2018 respectively.

Order: These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SATHIA CHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.N.SUBBARAYALU, Advocate (Caveator) for the Respondents in both petitions the court made the following order:- Interim Stay already granted is extended till 12.11.2018. Post on 12.11.2018 "for final hearing".
