Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.4713/2021 dated 10.03.2021 on the file of W-24, All women Police Station in Cr.No.8/2020, to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.G.SANTHOSH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4713 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 506 (i) of IPC, in Crime No.08 of 2020, while granting bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
