O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash Crl.M.P.No.1404 of 2022 dated 25/3/2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram.

2. Heard Mr.K.A.Mariappan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kalimuthu, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner argued at length. When this Court expressed its opinion to dismiss the Criminal Original Petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Trial Court shall expedite the trial in C.C.No.277 of 2010 and dispose of the same, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
