ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in para No.6(b) of the order dated 30.01.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.577 of 2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in para 6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No. 577 of 2026 dated 30.01.2026 is modified to that effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court concerned on alternate days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 12.03.2026 cda To 1.The Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu. 2.The Inspector of Police, Tambaram Police Station, Chennai District.
