C.M.P.Nos.8354, 8358 & 8361 of 2023 have been filed to condone the delay of 4086 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole Appellant in the above Second Appeal; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole Appellant in the above Second Appeal and to bring on record the Petitioners 1 to 5 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant Rajamanikkam and rank them as the Appellants 2 to 6 in the above Second Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellants and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3.I am satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit. Having been satisfied with the delay, C.M.P.No.8354 of 2023 is ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.8354 of 2023, C.M.P.Nos.8358 & 8361 of 2023 are also ordered.

3.Post the appeal on 26.04.2023.
