This petition has been filed to grant stay of the decree and judgment passed by the learned XVI Additional City Civil Court at Chennai dated 23.03.2017 made in O.S.No.7052 of 2012 pending disposal of the appeal. 2.This Court by order dated 05.06.2018 has granted an order of interim stay and the same was extended until further orders on 26.07.2018. It is seen from the records that the service has been complete in the appeal.
