(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) The petitioner is the mother of one Ananthi, aged about 18 years. According to the petitioner, the said Ananthi, was found missing from 13.03.2017 onwards. Since she has not been secured, the petitioner has come up up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

Today, when the matter was taken up, the detenue was produced by the respondents police. She told us that on her own accord, she went away and married the third respondent. The petitioner also endorsed the said marriage. In view of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
