Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the recordings relating to the order in Na.Ka.No.443 of 2015 dated 06.11.2015 on the file of the first respondent quash the same and direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the suitable post on compassionate ground based upon the application of the petitioner dated 21.02.2014 and until them not to fill the existing vacancy.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 06.11.2015 passed by the first respondent and to direct the respondents to appoint him on compassionate grounds based on his application dated 21.02.2014.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the writ petition has been filed seeking a larger relief, the petitioner would be satisfied, if this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department with fresh representation, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents also agreed.

3.As agreed to by both the parties, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department with fresh representation 2/4

by enclosing all the required documents, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is made, the concerned Authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months thereafter. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
