ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(II) of IPC in Crime No.236 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioners herein when questioned by the de facto complainant for parking the car across the pathway had attacked him and pushed him to the floor causing multiple aberration over right and left arm.
3. This Court on 24.03.2022 while considering anticipatory bail petition, at that time the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the anticipatory bail petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.
