Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the proceedings in nil dated 14.03.2013 and to quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and to further direct the respondent to grant exemption to this petitioner from payment of property tax as laid down in Section 86(c) of the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act 1920.
