This application has been filed seeking leave to file reply to the written statement filed by the defendants.

2. According to the applicant, the necessity for filing reply to the written statement has arisen because the respondent/defendant had disclosed new facts relating execution of the Will. From the issues framed in the suit, it is seen that issue relating to the validity of the Will, which is said to have been left by the R.Thangadurai Nadar has also been framed. Hence, this application is allowed, the reply statement is taken on file. No additional issues will be framed. It is stated that the affidavit of documents have not been filed.

3. List of witnesses and affidavit of documents to be filed by 08.07.2019. Upon such filing, registry is directed to post the matter before Additional Master - IV on 10.07.2019 for evidence.
