The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioners on the basis of the complaint given by them dated 28.03.2022.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioners on the basis of the complaint given by them dated 28.03.2022. 2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that the petitioners and the third and fourth respondents are siblings. There is a property dispute pending between them. The fourth respondent had earlier given a complaint and same has been enquired and closed. He would further submit that the respondents police are not harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
