JUDGEMENT When this Writ Appeal was taken up for hearing on earlier two occasions, i.e. on 14.08.2023 and 16.08.2023, there was no representation for the appellant, despite the matter was listed under the caption ''For Dismissal''.
2. Even today, when the Appeal is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the appellant. Thus, it appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the Appeal. Hence, we dismiss this Writ Appeal for non-prosecution. No costs.
