C.M.P.No.7110 of 2024 in W.A.No.SR 22563 of 2024 THE HON'BLE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE and MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ,J.

This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 587 days in filing the above writ appeal.

Mr.S.Kousik, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that he has no objection for condoning the delay.

Despite service of notice and the name of the second respondent having been printed in the cause list, none appears on their behalf.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, we condone the delay of 587 days in filing the appeal, however subject to the condition that the petitioners deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) towards costs to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Chennai, within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Subject to compliance of the aforesaid condition, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered.
