Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Stay all further proceedings in furtherance of the impugned transfer policy dated 20.11.2015 issued by the third respondent (IN WMP.NO.3280/2017)pending IN WP.NO.3314/2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.PARTHIBAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The petitioner challenges the transfer policy dated 20 November 2015 issued by the third respondent. There is no question of issuing an interim

order of stay of the transfer policy, unless and until the same is set aside in the manner known to law. We are therefore of the view that the petitioner has not made out a case for stay of the transfer policy.
