Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.25174 of 2021 order dated 11.01.2022 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SATHISH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for complying with the order passed in Crl.O.P. No. 25174 of 2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25174 of 2021 dated 11.01.2022 with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees fifteen lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.219 of 2021, within a period of two weeks besides other conditions. He would further submit that in view of COVID-19 pandemic, his family facing a serious financial crisis and in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
meantime, he lost his son, who is the bread winner of his family, he could not able to mobilise the huge amount of Rs.15 lakhs. Hence, he prayed to extend the time for complying the condition.
3. Heard both sides.

Considering the above submissions, modified, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs.12,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No. 219 of 2021, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
