ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner perceives that the private respondent has acted in derogation of the Service Rules and the requirement of not displaying any allegiance to a political party, in some of his actions. The petitioner wants his representation made to the official respondents to be acted upon.

2. This petition does not appear to be in public interest. It is more likely than not that there is a personal angst that the petitioner harbours against the private respondent.

3. There is no doubt that the superiors of the private respondent, if the private respondent is engaged in any government service, will take necessary action if the private respondent's conduct so demands. This Court cannot endorse the petitioner's representation in such regard.

4. W.P.(MD) No.7302 of 2021 is dismissed. However, there will be no order as to costs.
