ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.OP.No. 35484 of 2025, dated 06.01.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.35484 of 2025, dated 06.01.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent once in a week for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for investigation.
