This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.06.2015 and investigate the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint against his mother and sister. The complaint does not disclose any cognizable offence and no positive directions can be issued for registering the complaint. Hence, the petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
