The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the disposal of I.A. No.3/2014 in CMA.No.6/2001 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Gobichettipalayam within a stipulated period. For petitioner : Mr.K.Govi Ganesan

ORDER

According to the revision petitioner, as a third party, the revision petitioner has filed an application in IA.No.3 of 2014 in

CMA.No.6 of 2011, which has not been disposed of, even though there is no legal impediment to dispose of the same.

2. In view of the above said fact that the aforesaid application is pending from the year of 2014, in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal Subordinate Court, Gobichettipalayam to dispose of the IA.No.3 of 2014 in accordance with law within the period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
