(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement to the following effect:

"The writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order before the Debts Recovery Tribunal within a period of two weeks."

2.In view of the endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the appropriate forum within a period of two weeks, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
