ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who was arrested on 18.01.2021, for the alleged offence under Sections 364, 302 read with 34 and 201 read with 302 of IPC, in Crime No.582 of 2011, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner, who is an accused for the offence under Section 302 of IPC, after obtaining bail, has absconded. Therefore, though the case was committed to the Sessions Court as early in the year 2015, the matter was pending for execution of NBW. was arrested on 18.02.2021. For nearly five years, this petitioner was absconding and delaying the progress of the trial. Considering the conduct of the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
