ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above Criminal Revision Case as against the order dated 19.03.2015 passed in Va.No.9/2015/B1 on the file of the Sub Divisional Administrative Magistrate cum Sub Collector, Hosur, Krishnagiri District.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that even though he was in the probation period, committing him in the second offence by the third respondent is not correct. He would further state that he is not involved in the present case and without even giving any opportunity to explain the reasons, he has been detained. Hence, the revision.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the very First Information Report filed in the second case clearly indicates the participation of the petitioner when in the earlier case he has given a bond of undertaking stating that he will not indulge in any unlawful activities. Accordingly, he prayed for the dismissal of the Criminal Revision Case.

On a perusal of the First Information Report in the present case, the direct involvement of the petitioner is very clear, that too, when he is in the probation period for the earlier offence and also inspite of giving an undertaking before the first respondent that he will not involve in such unlawful activities. Accordingly, I do not find any reason to interfere with the reasoned order passed by the Court below.
5. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CO) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar vj2 To 1.
