This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police to investigate into the matter concerned with the Crime No.248 of 2020 dated 16.03.2020 on the file of the 3rd Respondent police and to file a final report within a time stipulated as fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation in Crime No.248 of 2020 will be completed soon and the respondent will be able to file the final report within a period of four months.

3.Recording the same, direction is issued to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.248 of 2020, pending on the file of the 3rd Respondent and file the final report within a period of four months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
