This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to transpose the petitioner / second respondent as the second appellant in the main Appeal.

2. It is contended by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that at the time of filing of the Appeal Suit, the petitioner was in abroad and therefore, he was shown as the second respondent the Appeal Suit.

3. The learned Counsel for the appellant as well as the contesting respondent do not have any objection to this application.

Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
