Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition to appear before the Inspector of Police, Choolaimedu police station, Chennai and as and when required to appear before the respondent police in Crl.O.P.NO.11337 of 2018 dated 23.04.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.R.DINESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY PUBLIC PROSECUTOR [PONDICHERRY] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by this court in Crl.O.P.No.11337 of 2018 dated 23.04.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that as directed by this Court, the petitioners have appeared before the respondent and complied with the condition.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor for Puducherry would submit that the petitioners have complied with the direction of the Court and appeared before the respondent.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the counsels on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11337 of 2018 dated 23.04.2018 is relaxed. However the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
