O R D E R

The petitioner seeks bail in respect of Crime No.85 of 2020 registered against him under Sections 341, 294 (b), 336, 427, 392, 397, 506 (ii) of IPC.

2. Though the petitioner would contend that he is in no way connected with the offence and he has been falsely implicated by the respondent police, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are five other cases registered against the petitioner and other accused on the same day.

3. Considering the said fact, I am of the considered opinion that enlarging the petitioner on bail in the prevailing circumstances would not be safe and it will be a license to him to indulge in such activities, when the attention of the police is on enforcing the lock down. Hence, this bail petition is dismissed for the present.
