ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 420, 468 and 471 of I.P.C., (as amended) and Section 12 (1)(b) and 12(2) of Passport Act, 1967, in Crime No.224 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of multiple passport held by the petitioner herein and he has already caught by the Immigration Authority and case is pending against him before the Bial Police Station, Devanahalli, SubDivision, Bengaluru City in Crime No.50 of 2021. Now, in Crime No.224 of 2018, CCB-II, Chennai, is wanted for possessing fake passport. The petitioner is enlarge for the past three years. Now, has approached this Court of anticipatory bail. The nature of the offence and the conduct of the petitioner does not deserves any consideration.
